Description:
St. Paul’s Fire District is seeking qualified design-build firms to provide comprehensive design and construction services for a new Classroom and foundation for Fire Training Building to be constructed by another firm. The project will encompass the design, permitting, construction, and commissioning of a facility at a minimum of 5,000 square feet.
