The Woodstock Public Library (the "Library") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to
provide the implementation of the new Library Landscaping Plan.Â
This project is intended to use native plants to promote knowledge-sharing and community,
create accessible spaces for functions and educational events, and is designed with the long-term
goal of reducing maintenance and operational costs.
