Description:
The purpose of this project is to provide storage of stormwater using nature-based design practices. The site will have previously been graded and prepared for Work, which will include installation of a pedestrian pathway and installation of landscaping. The Contractor shall be responsible for the success of the plants and seeded areas for a warranty period of 12 months.
