The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for the referenced services.
Unified State Laboratory Facility #1 & Unified State Laboratory Facility #2
Contract Term: This is a 3-year contract award. The contract will be issued for the amount of the awarded contractor's bid for the first year, and additional funding for subsequent years will be added annually as legislative funding approval is given.**
FY26 Contract Budget Estimate:$6,931.41
The estimated annual budget provided does not account for the 5-year testing expense, but it is required in your cost proposal.
