Project Description: NOTE: RFP document was not yet ready at the time of the listed opening (9/3). Documents will be uploaded as soon as possible. In the event of further than expected delays, the closing date will be extended.
The project will consist of the construction of infrastructure, earthwork and roadways to serve approximately 116 future affordable housing units at the Arroyo Crossing community land trust subdivision. Specific project improvements include the excavation and construction of two roadways and installation of water, sewer, and irrigation mains, trenching and installation of electrical conduit, and a storm drainage system. The approximate project area is 4.8 acres. Gas utility is not proposed as part of this project.
