Fire Station #2 Air Handler Platform and AC Replacement

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”) seeks work for the District Fire Station #02 Air Handler Platform and AC Replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, ceiling tile removal and reinstallation, ceiling support removal and reinstallation, removal of an existing platform, installation of a new platform, installation of a new access hatch and ladder assembly, removal and replacement of an air handler and condensing unit with all required accessories. Contractor to Test and Balance the entire system during project closeout prior to the Owner’s Final Acceptance. Contractor responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permitting pursuant with the associated construction drawings.  The specifications provided outline the required parameters; however, we request a similar air handler and condensing unit compatible with the new refrigerant R-454B instead of the specified R-410A refrigerant.
