The Up Island Regional School District is seeking Proposals to provide On-Call Owner’s Project Manager Services for smaller projects for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027. The contract may be extended through FY29 at the discretion of the District(s).

Details regarding specifications, pre-bid conference, as well as required forms, are available in the Central Office by emailing Jocelyn Broadley . Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, Chief Procurement Officer, labeled “UIRSD On-Call OPM #27-02 Proposal”, and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 by Thursday, September 24, 2026 by 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). If Bids are being delivered in person, Bids must be placed in secure drop box at front door at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. The Up Island Regional School District reserve the right to reject any or all Proposals.
