Intent:
The intent of this bid is to establish an annual contract for Citywide Solid Waste Refuse and Recycling Removal Services (Dumpster Service) from City Facilities covering approximately 69 square miles encompassing the City of Irving city limits.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
