Description:
Utilizing an indefinite delivery contract model the City of Newberry requests proposals for Landscape Architecture Planning and Design services for its Parks and Recreation Facilities and other public areas. These will include evaluation of the existing conditions and development of recommendations for the enhancement and maintenance of these facilities/spaces. Detailed design and construction documents may also be included. 3-year initial contract with possible 3-year extension.
