NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for Dyer Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project, City Project No. 26-38,
will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Union City, City Government
Building, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, Union City, California, until Tuesday, September
8th, 2026, 2:00PM PST.
This project will improve the corridor through roadway resurfacing and pavement
rehabilitation, updated pavement striping and traffic control markings, implementation of
bicycle lanes and related signage, and pedestrian-focused enhancements including
sidewalk repairs, upgraded crosswalks, and other accessibility improvements. The
Engineer's Estimate for the project base is Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($780,000).
The Non-Bid plans and specifications may be found on the Union City Website at
https://www.unioncityca.gov/Bids.aspx. Bid package may be obtained at no charge via
email request to the City at PublicWorks@UnionCityCA.gov. Non-biddable plans and
specifications shall be available to view at various Builders' Exchanges throughout the
Bay Area and on the City of Union City website at www.unioncity.org.
