The Stoughton Housing Authority invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide 24-hour on-call as needed Boiler Cleaning and non-routine Plumbing Repairs and Preventative Maintenance services at various housing developments in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The work consists of boiler cleaning and plumbing repair and preventative maintenance services at various State-aided (EOHLC) and Federally-funded (HUD) public housing developments owned/managed and operated by the Stoughton Housing Authority in Stoughton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents.
The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with each Authority for a period of three (3) years.
