This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Procedures authorized in RFO Part 12. Additionally, the Government will utilize procedures in accordance with RFO Part 12 and RFO FAR Part 15.
