Scope of Services
The City of Cocoa is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Cocoa Waterfront Dock and Breakwater project (known as the “Lee Wenner Day Docks). This project consists of the construction of a new day-slip marina facility at Lee Wenner Park intended to enhance public waterfront access and improve recreational boating opportunities within the area. The scope of work includes the installation of new permanent concrete docks, finger piers, marine piles, and all associated components required for a complete and operational day-slip facility. This project is being funded in part by a Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) grant.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the successful completion of the Cocoa Waterfront Dock Replacement and Shoreline Protection Improvements Project located at Lee Wenner Park, 300 Riveredge Blvd., Cocoa, FL 32922. Please refer to the Bid Documents and Exhibits A and B for the complete set of requirements and components included in this project.
