P-26-004 Emerald Trail Design Services Segment 3 Southwest Connector

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority the (‘Authority’ or ‘JTA’) hereby requests in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 287, Section 287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), proposals from qualified consulting firms, hereinafter referred to as the (‘Consultant’) for Request for Proposals (“RFP”) No. P-25-032 Emerald Trail Design Services Segment 3 Southwest Connector. The work includes the design and preparation of construction design plans of segment 3 being managed through a partnership between Groundwork Jacksonville (GWJax), the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) and the City of Jacksonville (COJ) the Project Team as further detailed in the Scope of Work.
