This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure Workiva WDesk financial reporting software, a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”).
The Bidder must be an authorized reseller of Workiva WDesk financial reporting software , a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”). As proof, a Bidder must submit with its bid a letter of authorization from the manufacturer providing evidence of the rights to resell all products and services required by this IFB.
This procurement has been designated for a small business preference under COMAR 21.11.01.02.
