Scope of Services
HCPS intends, through this solicitation, to identify qualified Contractor(s) to provide new or replacement installation of marquee signs. The provision of goods and services under the RFP includes but is not limited, to the provision of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests by the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired services and levels of performance. Proposers shall indicate a response to ALL service requirements and specifications contained in the following sections in the order listed using the same numbering system.

Five-Year Experience / Acquisition History
Section 4.2.2 requires the Proposer to have a minimum of five years of experience providing the required goods and services. Will HCPS accept the continuous operating history of an acquired business when the current legal entity acquired and continues to operate the same established business, including its trade name, personnel, equipment, customer relationships, and service capabilities? If so, what documentation would HCPS prefer as evidence of the continuous business history? |
