Lead Assessment & Lead Clearance Reporting

Project Description: Request for Proposal – RFP 2026-020, Lead Assessment & Lead Clearance Reporting. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 23, 2026. The City of Waco Housing and Community Development Department is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s), or individual(s) to perform Lead Risk Assessment, in conformance with the HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint and provide a report that meets state requirements under the Texas Environmental Lead Reduction Rule (TELRR) 25 TAC 295.212(c) for each site evaluated. Awardee must comply to the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and Lead Safe Housing Rule (LSHR), found in 24 CFR Part 35.
