Amendment 002

The purpose of this amendment is:

1. To provide a second Question and Answer period. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 2:00pm, ET on August 5, 2025 and must state “Questions/Data Center - 20356425Q00005, Attn: KAE/JMS” in the subject line. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer.
   
   


2. To extend the solicitation submission period to August 13th at 10:00am, ET.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC), is hereby requesting a formal quote for Data Center Services to include all services and items required in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for one (1) twelve-month base year and four (4) twelve-month option years to start as soon as possible. This requirement is set aside to Small Businesses only.

Offerors shall have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made.

The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation.

Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 2:00pm, ET on July 23, 2025 and must state “20356425Q00005 – Questions/Data Center, Attn: KAE/JMS” in the subject line. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:

Electronic quotations shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 10:00am, ET on July 30, 2025 to be accepted and must state “20356425Q00005 – Quotation/Data Center, Attn: KAE/JMS” in the subject line. Proposals received after this deadline are late and will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal.

The Offeror assumes full responsibility for ensuring all electronic materials and attachments submitted are formatted in accordance with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service Security Requirements
