The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "Department" or "GDOT") is conducting this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road, as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide maintenance services for the Pryor Street vegetation installation services as further described in this eRFQ.

Any documents indicated in this eRFQ must be returned in the system as a part of the response by the supplier. Failure to supply the completed document(s) or submit requested documents will deem the supplier as non-responsive. PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS DO NOT NEGATE THIS REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF BID.
