CLSU Hazardous Waste Pick UP

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Hazardous Waste Pick Up and Disposal Services to Clayton State University hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Bids must include all applicable costs for products and services. All questions must be submitted through the questions function in this solicitation. This solicitation is to establish an agency contract with Clayton State University, with the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and the University has has reached agreement on all contract terms and agreement. Please make sure you attach all documents required including the cost sheet. This contract will be in effect from executed contract date to June 30, 2025, with a option to renew up to 4 (1) year renewal options. If mandatory questions are not answered yes, or all documents not submitted, the University has a right to disqualify a bidder.
