BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Arcata
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for approximately 5,321 nusf of office
and warehouse space in the City of Arcata plus eight (8) parking spaces to Code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State
plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable
codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply
with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where
cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star
