BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA -

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for approximately 2,806 nusf consisting
of 2,406 office and 400 warehouse space in the City of Willits plus nine (9) parking spaces to
Code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State
plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable
codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply
with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where
cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star
