Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25725Q0880.Â This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-26 effective September 3, 2025. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113 and solicited as a Small Business (SB) of 800 employees. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB).
