The Arlington County Department of Human Servicesâ Child and Family Services Division (CFSD) is seeking qualified firms and/or individuals to provide parent coaching that equips caregivers with specific skills and strategies to address youth behavioral challenges and that includes education to empower caregivers to support youth development, safety, and wellbeing. The County is seeking providers who can facilitate services in English, Spanish and have capacity to meet other language needs. The County intends to award contracts to multiple Contractors with one (1) twelve-month term from the date of award and receipt of Purchase Order (PO) (âInitial Contract Termâ). Upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor and an extension of grant funding to support the contract(s), the County may, through issuance of an amendment, authorize continuation of the Agreement for not more than four (4) additional 12-month periods. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards.
