Vacancy Advertisement Publication Services - Local

Embassy of United States of America -Colombo office is inviting vendors to submit their price proposals for the Newspaper and Web advertising services of the Embassy related Job Vacancies to be published in Sri Lanka & Maldives sources.

The quotations should be provided in 1cm x 1 cm Column Rate for Newspapers and 2 weeks publication period for web advertisements.

Prices should be duty free and VAT exempted

Quotation due date and time: On or before January 13th, 2025, at 1700 hours local time

Scope & Timeline –

Artworks and translations should be provided within 24 hours from receiving of advertisement contents.

For weekend publications, artworks will be provided by Wednesday evening / Thursday morning. Proof-reading should be completed by Friday Morning, in certain cases for urgent requirements the turnaround time should be within 24 hours or lesser.

Vendors should provide past performance records in Sri Lanka and Maldives with similar scope of work and evidence of working relationship with Local Publishers mentioned below.

Publications should be confirmed By Friday 12 Noon.

Payments to the vendors - Payments will be done within 30 days from the service completion date.

Vendors should be registered in SAMs.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

• 1. Price proposal as per SOW


• 2. Past Performance records of the vendor on similar job criteria


• 3. Detailed vendor profile


• 4. Proof of SAM Registration

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
