Summary Details

Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise to deliver a Feasibility Study on the long-term renewal/replacement of the Kitsilano Outdoor Pool meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled " PS20240964-REFM-RFP - Reimagine Kitsilano Outdoor Pool Feasibility Study - SOW - Final". Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.

Term of the contract & options - one-year period, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of three years.

The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).

Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
