General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: OK

City: Oklahoma City



Delineated Area: West: N Council Rd, S Council Rd



South: SW 104th St, NE 27th St, SE 104th St

East: S Sooner Rd, N Sooner Rd

North: NE 36th St, NW 36th St, U.S Bicycle

Rte 66

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,540

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,740

Space Type: Warehouse

Additional Requirements: • 1.5 acres of wareyard space to store large

equipment items such as boats, atv’s, etc.

• Warehouse space to support storage of

program supplies such as steel and wire.

• Heavy live floor load capacity of 100 lbs. per

square foot and minimum ceiling height of 18

feet.



• The space will be occupied by a customer-

facing agency



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense
