This solicitation is being issued by the State of Connecticut (State) to obtain NEC phone system (1) installation and maintenance services at fixed labor rates, (2) deliverables at discount percentage off catalog baseline pricing for NEC equipment and products including peripherals, licensed software, and cabling, and (3) in-house wiring and cabling services to support move/add/change work, repairs, and upgrades in accordance with State agencies' policies.
