Title: On-Call Printing Services
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 2/14/2025
Due Date: 3/6/2025
BFT is seeking to award multiple contracts to qualified Contractors who can provide On-Call Printing Services for a variety of printing needs. As most of our printed items are distributed to the public, we are looking for Contractors who can produce quality products that will reflect to our customers the quality service we provide.
Contractors are expected to prove their capability of print services, including providing examples of past projects. Contractors should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of public transportation and/or provide evidence of other successful government print or design projects. Contractors are invited to submit proposals for any combination of work samples included in the Scope of Work.
BFT reserves the right to Award one or more Contracts to Contractors whose proposal most closely aligns with the agencies needs and the Contractor’s specific area(s) of expertise.
BFT is responsible for providing Fixed Route (bus), Dial-A-Ride (Paratransit), Vanpool (Rideshare), and contracted services for first-and-last mile commute options to Benton and Franklin County residents and visitors. This customer base, commonly referred to as Tri-Cities, is one of the fastest growing areas in Washington State. According to the Benton Franklin Council of Governments, the regional population will reach 369,700 by the year 2040, a 50% increase in population over the 2017 base year. As the population grows, so will the demand and need for transit. In fact, BFT recently expanded services to include a new series of Frequent Corridor Routes (METRO Routes) and Sunday Service. BFT recently implemented Free Fare for Youth, Veterans and Seniors. Future service initiatives include new transit hubs (coming 2025-2029).
