ITB #25-0017 - Library Outdoor Children's Area Re-Bid
Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s Library Outdoor Children's Area Re-bid Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes constructing a children’s outdoor resource area. This project includes and is not limited to site clearing, excavation and haul, grading, reconfiguring the site irrigation, outdoor area with a small amphitheater and open space covered in artificial turf, concrete sidewalks and patio, site lighting, decorative fencing, grass sod including establishment and existing tree protection. Engineers estimate: $375,000 The City of Richland in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 200d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Small, Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bid.
