Description: The purpose of the Project is to design and construct an Ambulatory Primary Care Outpatient Clinic space. The total construction project, including construction and design, phase of the Project is estimated to cost approximately $2,000,000.00.

This Project is strictly limited to an ambulatory, primary care, outpatient clinic setting. The facility will not include urgent care, emergency care, inpatient services, surgical suites, imaging modalities requiring radiation shielding (X ray/CT/MRI), or any functions governed by inpatient or acute care regulatory standards. All design elements must align with outpatient, non-acute clinical workflow and primary care service delivery. Project closes May 27, 2026 2:00 PM PDT.
