Description

This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requirement involves providing comprehensive water and fire damage restoration services across various facilities at Dyess Air Force Base. The Contractor will be responsible for all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation to restore affected areas. The work includes responding swiftly to emergency calls, assessing damage, and performing restoration services to bring impacted facilities back to operational condition.

The Contractor must complete all work in compliance with relevant safety standards (EPA, OSHA, CDC) and ensure proper handling of waste materials, including recycling and disposal of demolition debris. All restoration efforts must meet industry standards, with particular attention to fire and water damage in ceilings, walls, floors, and furniture. The Contractor is also responsible for removing and replacing damaged materials where necessary, ensuring areas are free from mold or mildew, and working in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing operations at the base.

Key performance metrics will include timely response, quality of restoration, safety compliance, and waste disposal practices. The Contractor's performance will be evaluated by base personnel, with any unsatisfactory work requiring re-performance at no additional cost to the Government.
