Description:

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new Crew Headquarters building to be used for office space and the storage of maintenance implements and tools and a new storage building to be used for the storage of maintenance implements and tools. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40’ x 100’ pole building with all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows and other building appurtenances. The project also includes the construction of a 50’ x 80’ pole building with all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, installing radiant insulation, installation of garage and man doors and other building appurtenances.

Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913), separate bids are required and shall be submitted for the following Construction Contracts:

CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL
CONTRACT NO. 2 –MECHANICAL
CONTRACT NO. 3 – PLUMBING
CONTRACT NO. 4 - ELECTRICAL

When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.
