Project Description: The VPBA renovation is located on the first floor of Saluda Hall on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus. The total area of work is approximately 2,000 sf and includes the renovation of an existing office suite and conference room. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition, final removal of finishes after abatement demolition and new walls, finishes, ceilings, and associated mechanical and electrical work.
