Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to:
1) Publish Questions and Answers (Q&A) resulted from the site visit;
2) Incorporate updated list of appendices within the Performance Work Statement (PWS);
3) Incorporate the following appendices: JBSA Environmental Specification, CES Outage Request Form, Dig Perm (AF 103), and Unescorted Access Request Form, into the solicitation.

This is a Request for Quotation to interested SDVOSB Vendors for the management, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to execute the complete demolition of Building 230, located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph (RAN). The contractor shall completely demolish and remove all associated building materials, including but not limited to, the main building, all above-grade and below-grade components, concrete slabs, foundations, and vaults, to a minimum depth of three feet. The contractor shall locate, disconnect, cap, and plug all overhead and underground utilities (water, wastewater, electrical, gas, etc.) to the nearest acceptable point. The contractor shall remove and dispose of all demolition debris from the site and properly grade the post-demolition site, ensuring restoration to a condition suitable for its intended future use.
Interested vendors shall respond to this Solicitation IAW the attached documents and instructions to offerors. A site visit will be held at 10558 Fourth Street W, B230, JBSA Randolph, TX 78150 on 28 August 2025 at 8:30a.m. CST. All individuals wishing to attend must submit a request for base access no later than COB 25 August 2025. Refer to each attachment for additional details and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors— Commercial Products and Commercial Services, for specific Proposal Preparation and Format Instructions.
Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to: Larissa Cunha at larissa.cunha@us.af.mil and Lauren Macias at lauren.macias.1@us.af.mil, no later than 10:00am CDT, 9 September 2025 in order to be considered timely. All questions must be submitted in writing through email no later than 2 September 2025 at 10:00 a.m CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
