CM at Risk for expansion of existing K-12 school on approx. 38.65 acres adjacent to
existing campus. Project includes new classroom, cafeteria building, additional
parking, sports fields, and site work. New building will be a 2-
story structure of approx. 70,000 sf with option of developing two
alternates depending on available funds for a total of approx. 78,000 sf.
School will interview in person three firms.
