The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Emergency Heavy Duty Residential Cleaning Services (PIN: 25BSEAP01201/EPIN: 06925B0001) .

This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Thursday, May 7, 2026 . To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page , and click on the “Procurement Navigator” blue box.
