Description:
Base Bid work includes removal of all existing damaged/wet roof insulation down to the structural deck for areas identified in BMC’s nuclear moisture scan for approximately 40 squares. Damaged/wet insulation replacement includes minor deck repairs, new roof insulation, including taper, and a new two-ply modified bitumen roof system in the damaged areas.
