The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,300 linear feet of Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of 12” Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP). This project is being administered by the Town of Athol and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) and funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), FY2022/23 Athol Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
