Description:
Cherokee County is seeking bids for the renovation of 2 storefronts within a strip mall located at 301 W Cherokee Street. These renovations include light framing work using 3 5/8” metal studs, light plumbing work to cap some existing plumbing, light electrical to move wiring and lighting fixtures, drywall/painting, trim work, flooring installation, ceiling tile work, and cleaning work.
