2025 Full Depth Reclamation and Storm Drain Improvements Project

Project Description: The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform storm drain improvements, replace ADA ramps, mill the existing asphalt pavement, perform full depth reclamation of the remaining asphalt, base course, and any portion of the subgrade in two locations in the City; in the South Mountain Phase 9 subdivision as well as on 700 E and Willow Springs Lane as described in the project plans and specifications.
Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV / Bonfire on or before THURSDAY, MAY 1ST, 2025 at 2:00 PM. A 5% Bid Bond will be required.
The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV / Bonfire until 2:00 PM, TUESDAY, MAY 27TH, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted.
Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented.
