Administration Building Boiler Replacement Project (2/25 Revision)

The County Tuolumne, through its General Services Agency ("County") is seeking bids from qualified vendors to remove an existing diesel-powered boiler and replace it with an electric boiler. The project is located on the first-floor of the County Administration building at 2 S. Green Street, Sonora.

The current Administration building boiler is original to the structure and installed in approximately 1982. The boiler is located on the first floor behind three (3) sets of doors. The Administration building is a four-story, 39,854 square foot structure. The Bryan diesel-powered boiler currently in use at the Administration building, has reached its usable lifespan. The County plans to replace this boiler with a new electrical unit. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing all electrical needs for new boiler in compliance with all state and local regulations and requirements, including local building codes. Contractor must also install internet-interfaced control of electrical unit, in combination with existing County systems.

The County shall obtain any/all permits for this project.
