Records Assessment & Planning Services

The City of Watertown (MA) invites qualified vendors to provide Records Assessment and Planning Services across multiple municipal departments and facilities. This contract is a one (1) year contract, with two (2) options for (1) year renewals at the sole discretion of the City.

Qualified vendors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the instructions within this Invitation for Bid (IFB).

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). Bid Forms and Contract documents are available free online on the Projectdog.com website at 10:00AM on Wednesday April 15, 2026. All plan holders must register or have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and submit bids electronically. Bid Deadline: Tuesday May 5, 2026, 10:00AM. Hand delivered bids will not be accepted.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The City of Watertown reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
