Renovations to existing Governors Hall Emergency Operations Center, located in the Administrative office area of Governors Residence Hall. Proposed scope includes: - Additional standalone generator - Optional standby lighting and power circuits - Standalone supplemental HVAC system - AV/IT/Communications upgrades - Hardened perimeter for security and storm resiliency.
