Project Description: Bidders shall contemplate furnishing, delivering, installing and setting in place of all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, supervision and all necessary services to provide Portable Toilet Rental for various Montgomery County Parks and Historic Sites within the County, on an “as needed basis” as well as provide a bid for on-call as requested septic/wastewater pumping removal and haul away services at the specified locations for a period of two (2) years, with 3 optional, 1 year extensions
