The Illinois State Police will be using the current vendor Mission Critical Partners, LLC to continue using the current 911 consultants through an approved sole source for one additional year with the agreement which will include a termination for convenience clause, with a 30-day notice if the project is completed in less than a year. Professional services outlined in the scope of work will be provided on a time and materials basis, based on
the attached rate table for up to 12 months and not to exceed 50 hours per month ($14,400/month,
$172,800/year).
