Project Description: The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified code inspection firms to perform code and special inspection services.
FY2026 Code Inspection Firm Prequalification for Statewide Construction Projects
DFCM Code Inspection Firm Prequalification for FY2026. This prequalification will be effective on July 1, 2025 and will expire December 31, 2026. Inspection firms will be prequalified for a period of 18 months. Prior to the expiration of the 18 month prequalification period, all firms will be required to submit renewal documents in order to remain prequalified for the following 18 months.
