This contract will be for a Transmission Line Contractor to erect the new structures, install hardware & transfer the existing 795 ACSR conductor, fiber optic cable, & distribution underbuilt to the new structures. This will include demolition & disposal of existing equipment

All Bidders are required to submit a Bid Deposit equal to 5% of the total bid value. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Payment & Performance Bond equal to 50% of the total bid value.
