2025 Annual Pipeline Cleaning, CCTV Inspection and Related Services

Sealed bids will be received for 2025 Annual Pipeline Cleaning, CCTV Inspection and Related Services by the City of Brentwood through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement , until 2:00 pm , local time, on Thursday, November 20, 2025 , at which time said bids will be publicly opened. Electronic submission is the preferred method. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.

The City of Brentwood, Water Services Department, in conjunction with its Capacity Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) program, intends to continue a preventative maintenance program for its sanitary sewer collection system. This work will generally consist of cleaning, televising, inspection and related services for documenting and reporting the condition of the gravity line portion of the collection system in accordance with Federally accepted standards. In addition, there is a requirement for scheduled quarterly maintenance of 10 of the City’s 11 sewer lift stations with additional frequency for cleaning on an as needed basis. The work will also include emergency services as described in the pricing proposal.
