The JOC is used to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Yakima Training Center, Fort Worden Cemetery, and Fort Lawton Cemetery. Project work may include a variety of trades and disciplines including civil works, road repair, carpentry, roofing, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, fencing, incidental lead and asbestos abatement, demolition, concrete masonry, welding, and incidental environmental clean-up.
